Currently the coldest running ship in the game thanks to a bug fix that vastly increased its heat radiating ability.Other larger ships can perform its roles better. 
Good jump range.  Makes a great inexpensive explorer, a SCO taxi, plus a good passenger ship as per its primary role. Not much combat potential with only two small weapons. 
Very maneuverable both in supercruise and normal space.
