Quite fast in a straight line, good for jousting style combat.
You’re not going to out-turn anyone.
Good hardpoint variety, and they’re all on top of the ship.The class 6 power distributor is a little weak for the hardpoints, so you’ll have to use efficient or low draw weapons for part of your build.
Enormous shields for its size.It’s difficult to do roles that aren’t combat due to lack of optional slots.
Less drifty than the Fer-de-Lance (FDL), and has a centered pilot seat.Pound for pound, the FDL is a better ship. 
Handles heat reasonably well.
