Canyon Crush

“Canyon Crush” so aptly named for his daring adventure while in the black….that went wrong for a bit of canyon racing.

As they put it:

“So i have been bimbling about with my 3rd Cmdr in the cobra mk3 i am restricted to until i get to triple (proba ly now quad with exo biology) elite. This is rigged for exploration and i was out around hawkings gap gather scans and exo biology when the last plant i arrived at has canyons. Gathered most of the data from plant life and thought lets run these canyons while i scan for the last item i need.
A exploration cobra is NOT suitably rigged for canyon racing. Turned a bend saw the last site of exobiology i needed and then the tall pointy thing sticking up into my flight path.
Cost following ship loss was 85 million in exobiology(all of which was first footfall) 20 million in scans”

They were “only” put 200 jumps back, too.
